DoctorSaliva, operated by Dr. Neusha Najafi, DDS, provides educational content about oral-systemic health and salivary diagnostics. This information is:
- General and informational in nature, not personalized medical guidance
- Not a substitute for professional medical, dental, or healthcare evaluation
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
- Based on publicly available research and educational frameworks

No Medical Relationship
No doctor-patient relationship is created through your use of this website, purchase of a session, attendance of a session, or any communications with Dr. Najafi or DoctorSaliva.
Dr. Najafi is providing educational information as an educator and subject-matter expert, not as your treating clinician. Her license as a DDS does not create a professional-patient relationship in this context.
Participants should not rely on session information to make clinical decisions about themselves or others. Always establish an appropriate professional relationship with a licensed healthcare provider in your jurisdiction for clinical care.
Consultation Sessions
Educational consultation sessions are 30 minutes in length, conducted via Google Meet, and are limited to the following topics:
- Oral-systemic health connections and the research landscape
- Salivary diagnostics — how they work, what they measure, and their limitations
- Fertility and pregnancy implications of oral health (educational overview)
- Preconception oral health education
- General overview of integrating oral-systemic health awareness into your life or practice
Sessions will not include individualized clinical assessment, review of personal medical records, diagnosis, prescription or treatment recommendations, or any service that creates a professional duty of care.
Scheduling: Sessions are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. After payment, Dr. Najafi will send a Google Meet link to your registered email address prior to the session time.
Payment & Refunds
Session fee: $150 USD per 30-minute session. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Sessions are non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the non-refund policy and the educational-only nature of the session.
Exceptions may be considered at DoctorSaliva's sole discretion in the event of a verifiable technical failure preventing session delivery on our end. Any exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no charge with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. To reschedule, contact us at doctorsalivaos@polsia.app with your booking details and preferred new time.
Less than 24 hours' notice: Rescheduling requests received with fewer than 24 hours before the session start time cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
No-shows: Sessions where the client fails to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered completed and are non-refundable. Dr. Najafi will wait up to 10 minutes and then the session concludes.
DoctorSaliva cancellations: In the rare event that Dr. Najafi must cancel a confirmed session, you will receive full notification and be offered a reschedule at your preferred available time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoctorSaliva and Dr. Neusha Najafi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or reliance on educational content or session information
- Decisions made based on information discussed in sessions
- Any health outcomes related to information shared in sessions
- Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
You assume full responsibility for how you use educational information provided through DoctorSaliva. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on DoctorSaliva — including written content, session recordings (if any), course materials, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Dr. Neusha Najafi / DoctorSaliva.
You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit session content without explicit written permission. Personal note-taking for your own use is permitted and encouraged.
Privacy
We collect your name, email address, and payment information for the purpose of processing your booking, delivering your session, and sending session-related communications.
Your information is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used outside the context of your booking and session relationship with DoctorSaliva.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
